Shipping

Our shipping is automatically calculated based on packaged item weight (plus 50p per final order to cover costs).
As shipping is priced in weight bands you can often purchase several items and stay within the same weight band therefore not paying any extra charge, there is only a small price jump per price band so you can spend your money on treating yourself not paying postage!


UK ORDERS:
Are sent Royal Mail 1st Class as standard or for larger orders via most appropriate means e.g. Courier.
Orders sent via courier are sent via 24-48hr** Delivery Service, in most instances the order will be delivered next day after dispatch. For remote areas e.g. Highlands this may be extended slightly.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Are sent via Airmai as standard, larger orders may be sent via International Signed or most appropriate means at our discretion.

Payment Methods:
Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you order online*.

At this time we do not take card payment over the phone.
Payment can be made via Nochex, Paypal (You do not need an account to make payment), Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order (Preferably uncrossed), Bankers Draft or Cash at own risk. All online payment methods are secure and your details will not be revealed to us.***


Packaging:
Orders are carefully wrapped, packed and shipped in padded envelopes, this keeps the postage price you pay to a minimum. Larger/more fragile orders may be shipped in boxes at our discretion.
Should you wish to request that your order be sent out in a box (Approx £1) please contact us before ordering as boxes have a slight surcharge to cover both box and any extra shipping weight as a result.


*This includes Admin/ Postage and Packaging and Handling.
** This excludes weekends/Bank Holidays etc. We aim to have all orders sent out ASAP generally within a 3 working days of receiving them (Should you be in a rush please email us and we can see if we can help).
***If posting payment to us we request that this be received by us within 5 working days or we reserve the right to cancel the order, please provide a clear Name/Delivery Address & Order Number/Copy of order so we can process your order efficiently
